• Information about your business and tasks — to provide the audit

We only use this information to deliver your audit and follow up regarding our services. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Third-party services

Our audit form is powered by Tally (tally.so). Your form submission is processed by Tally and subject to their privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to deliver your audit and manage any ongoing engagement. If you become a client, we retain relevant business information for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, email us at aiimpactagency@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Applicable law
